My team at Boston Scientific, made up of graphic designers, instructional designers, and sales training managers, both nationally and internationally, work together to develop high quality and high level curriculum and training materials for the sales force.

The work varies greatly; one day I may be creating assets for a large scale meeting and the next day branding a new team of sales people as they enter the workforce. Below are a selected few favorites from my time.

Because of the confidential nature of some projects, many have been edited to show greek (lorem ipsum) instead of the actual verbiage. All projects listed on this page were/are in use.

Emerging Leaders
The first of a series of commercial development program meetings. This package included the logo and variants, as well as assets for meeting creator use (powerpoint templates, web banners, word templates, etc).

Field Training Guides Redesign
The original version of the field training guides was ugly, out of date, hard to read, and not particularly useful for a generation of sales people used to checking progress on their phones. I proposed a redesign and was met with great enthusiasm. The Field Training Guides are multi-functional interactive pdfs, designed to follow a newly hired sales person throughout the on-boarding process. After the first round redesign was completed, a survey was sent out to the entire sales training organization with great responses. The final guides will be rolled out to all major training areas, with specific edits for each audience. (United States, Latin America, Asia & the Pacific, and Europe).

endoInsider Newsletter Revamp
A redesign of a bi-weekly newsletter created to keep the endoscopy sales organization up to date on the happenings throughout the company. The previous version was not mobile friendly and appeared a bit too outdated.

Team Logos
I am often asked to create/update logos for the various sales teams within the organization. These often have something to say about the location of the team or their goals, and are really fun to concept and work on. Below are a few of my favorites.
